The Anaka Bridge Project has been created as a safe means of travel for the children "footing" to school.
The families living in the villages near the school have been working on a walking path for the children to follow to school. This would be a more direct route and they wouldn't have to walk along the roads. A small body of water has stopped their progress, but funds have been raised through online sales of unwanted items. One man's junk is another man's treasure, and this bridge will be a treasure to the children attending St. Catherine of Siena Nursery School.
